We want you to feel completely confident when utilizing Isbah Immigration. Our refund policy is structured around two core promises to our clients:
1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not 100% satisfied with our services, we'll refund your money. Refund requests under this guarantee must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase and prior to your application being submitted to USCIS.
If you have an issue, please give us the opportunity to resolve it by contacting our support team. If your problem cannot be resolved within 48 business hours, we will issue a full refund of your purchase price.
Exceptions to the Satisfaction Guarantee: Changes to your personal situation are generally not valid reasons for a refund. Examples of reasons we will not provide a refund include:
- You simply decided to file on your own at uscis.gov.
- You opted not to file an application at all.
- Non-delivery of digital products due to user error. We provide immediate digital PDF downloads; if a download fails, please notify us immediately so we can fix it.
2. Form Acceptance Guarantee
If USCIS denies your immigration application due to a mistake or error in the forms generated by Isbah Immigration, we will refund the fee you paid to us AND reimburse any fee you paid to the government (up to an aggregate of $2,500) in direct connection with that application.
Refund requests for the Approval Guarantee must be made within thirty (30) days of the date the denial notice letter was issued by USCIS. You must provide a copy of the USCIS Form I-797, Notice of Action, detailing the reason for denial.
Exceptions to the Approval Guarantee: Isbah Immigration will not reimburse you if the denial was a result of:
- False, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by you to our platform.
- Your failure to correct and resolve errors flagged in the forms generated by Isbah Immigration.
- Your failure to follow specific filing instructions provided by our platform or team.
- Your failure or delay in filing a complete and accurate form within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Government & Third-Party Fees
Outside of the specific conditions of the Approval Guarantee, our standard Satisfaction Guarantee does not provide any refund or credit for monies paid to government entities (such as USCIS filing fees or taxes) or to other third parties (such as medical examiners or private attorneys).
4. Subscription Cancellations
If you are enrolled in a monthly access plan or premium hub for our platform, you may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings. Cancellation will prevent any future recurring billing, but previous charges and active billing cycles are non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the criteria above, please contact our billing department directly via your dashboard or by utilizing the email below. Ensure you include your account email, order number, and—if applying for the Approval Guarantee—a copy of your denial notice.
