Important Nationwide Notice

Isbah Immigration is NOT a law firm, is not affiliated with USCIS or any government agency, and does not provide legal advice or representation. We are a document preparation service only. We serve clients in all 50 states and comply with applicable federal and state laws governing non-attorney assistance.

State-by-State Compliance

Most states have no specific licensing requirements for non-attorney immigration document preparation services. Where specific rules or mandatory disclosures exist, we provide the required notices below.

California

We are not registered as a California Immigration Consultant. Clients in California should note: Isbah Immigration does not hold a $100,000 surety bond required for registered immigration consultants under California Business & Professions Code §22440 et seq. We provide document preparation only and do not offer legal advice.

New York (incl. NYC)

We are not licensed Immigration Assistance Providers. Required notice: "The individual providing assistance to you under this contract is not an attorney licensed to practice law or accredited by the Office of Legal Access Programs and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice."

Minnesota

Required notice (Minn. Stat. § 325E.031): "I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW AND MAY NOT GIVE LEGAL ADVICE OR ACCEPT FEES FOR LEGAL ADVICE." and "I AM NOT ACCREDITED TO REPRESENT YOU BEFORE USCIS OR THE BOARD OF IMMIGRATION APPEALS."

AZ, GA, IL, MD, MI, NV, UT

These states have registration or disclosure programs for immigration assistance providers. Isbah Immigration operates strictly as a document-preparation service and does not hold state-specific licenses in these states. All services are limited strictly to clerical assistance with forms you direct us to complete.

All Other States (41 states + D.C.)

No state-specific licensing, bonding, or additional disclosure requirements apply to non-attorney immigration document preparation services. Our general federal disclaimer and Terms of Service govern all services.

States include: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and the District of Columbia.
